Crown Point Property Service provides our customers a peace of mind during the off season when you leave your home away from home. Whether you need on-going interior checks, winterization, exterior home checking, storm or power outage checks, or contract liaison services, we are here to be your eyes while you are away. As an added support for not only our part-time residents we also offer home cleaning and lawn care services to our full-time residents. Services are available Monday through Friday and are customized based on the needs of our customers. Our service area ranges from Queen Creek to Florence, over to Casa Grande and all areas in between. If our company does not provide a particular service such as handyman or general contracting services we have a large network of business partners throughout the area to help with your needs. Crown Point Property Service pays all wages on its employees, including social security tax, unemployment taxes, insurances, and file all reports by law.
