• About Us Country Care homes are located in a peaceful rural setting in the heart of the Verde Valley with city convenience. Our covered porches provide our residents the opportunity to enjoy nature and the outdoors while taking in sweeping views of the Verde River Valley & Mingus Mountain.
  
  Country Care Inc. celebrated 14 years of service this last May. Country Care is blessed with an experienced, caring staff who take a special interest in each resident's needs. Our positive, fun, loving caregivers enjoy spending time with the residents. Medication Administration is provided ensuring doctors orders are followed correctly. A registered nurse is on call. We offer healthy, nutritious home style meals with a gourmet touch. Our minister visits once a week for optional Bible study & hymn singing.
  
  Semi Private rooms are available for $2390.00 and private rooms for $3490.00/month.

  "I've had a number of my patients stay as residents at Country Care Home since it was opened by Lou Middelstorb & Michael Harris. This home has done a superb job of caring for their residents. They're excellent about communicating with problems that arise with my patients. When I've visited my patients at this home, it was very clean and pleasant. Adult care homes provide an important service to the elderly in our community who can no longer remain at home. When it's done properly, care is much more personal, and for the most part. patients seem happier here, and do better than when they are in a larger nursing home. Country Care Home is the best of the adult care homes that I have had experience with."

  "The entire family (of my mother) wants to thank all of you for the quality and loving care given to our mother during her 2 years living at Country Care. I visited her a minimum of 3 times a week during those years, and without fail, I was greeted with a smile and made welcome by the caregivers. The residence was always clean and usually filled with a tempting aroma of a meal or dessert baking.
  As my mother deteriorated, the caregivers were there for her, doing whatever was needed with competence, patience and kindness. Even though Hospice was involved with my mother her last 2 ? months, it was the Country Care caregivers that were there 24/7 for her and me. I can't commend the caregivers enough for their unfailing, tender and competent care!
