Dr. Kelly is a graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois, and completed residency at Rush University's Medical Center. He trained at Hines Veterans Hospital and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. He is American Board Certified in Anesthesia and Pain Management, and has practiced pain medicine over 25 years.
