• Hi, I'm Shane Benton, owner of Clean Carpets Plus. I Clean and repair all Residential and Commercial carpet and a whole lot more! I work mostly in areas such as Allen, Plano, McKinney, Dallas, and Richardson, but can also provide service to the entire DFW area. I have been in the carpet cleaning business for over 10 years. I'm a Christian family man with the vision of one day turning a small business into a big name in the industry. While I provide lots of services, such as grout & tile cleaning, water damage service, and pet odor & stain removal to name a few, what I do not do is lie to customers in order to get their business. If I cant clean it or fix it, I will tell you that up front. My goal is to be Upfront, Honest, and Respectful with ANY and EVERYONE who chooses to use my services and do business with me. I will not scam you by changing my prices on you when I get to your home or business. When I get to your home or business, I will walk through your establishment with you and point out what you can expect from the service I will perform. The price we agree on will be the price you pay at the end of the job. I do not offer different degrees of service like you will see out there, things like a “Standard Clean” or “Deep Clean”, I only offer one level of service and that is the Guarantee that I will do my BEST on EVERY job that I put my hands on!!! I know you have a choice in who you trust in your Home or Business. My goal is not to trick you into using me one time, But to SHOW you why you will want to use me EVERY TIME you need ANY of the services I offer again.
