The meaning behind Claruth Minikins: It came from my husband's great aunt Ruth. I met her about a year before Andy and I got married. She really impressed me with her wisdom and sharpness at age 93. She had already lost her husband of many years, who she loved dearly. His name was Clarence. I was never able to meet him but in honor of their love when I was deciding on a name for my farm I put the two names together to form Claruth.
