It's always beyond flattering when we hear new stories of how far the word of Chile Verde's New Mexican cuisine travels. It seems each day we meet someone new from every end of Columbus, and much further, who tells us they heard about our fresh and unique New Mexican flavors and had to check them out. It's also equally flattering how many of these wonderful people become the friends we get to know and share stories with on a regular basis. What started as "that awesome little place in the shopping center on Bethel and Sawmill" has grown to twice its size and become a destination for hundreds of people each week who have to get their "Chile Verde fix." We hope to see you soon for lunch or dinner, or to help host a special event at your place or ours.
