Chief Home Inspector is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, Office of Banks and Real Estate (OBRE) to conduct Home Inspections. Chief Home Inspector is also a proud associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). After 26 years in the fire service studying building construction and the destructive forces and elements that effect buildings I started Chief Home Inspector. My goal is to provide a thorough examination of my client’s prospective property so that I am able to educate and provide them with the information they need to make good decisions. I give my clients peace-of-mind by thoroughly examining the condition of the home they already own or are about to purchase.
