Our offices are strategically located within New York City and Long Island, in close proximity to the criminal courts. We are available for representation throughout New York and New Jersey. We understand the pain and anguish that a criminal case can bring to bear on an individual and the entire family. Likewise, vehicle/traffic violations can greatly strain a person’s resources and can threaten a cherished freedom we all take for granted: the ability to drive. You deserve to have someone in your corner fighting for you. This office will do just that. Our fees are competitive with most practitioners in the field. No two cases are the same, and a fee for each particular case is structured accordingly. Charles Miller has practiced criminal law for over 25 years. He’s been in private defense practice since 2004. As a Navy Lieutenant, Mr. Miller prosecuted cases for the Navy and Marine Corps throughout the Southeast United States, Caribbean and Guantanamo Bay Cuba. He also served on the staff of the Judge Advocate General, where he served as a Criminal Appellate Attorney and a National Security Law case advisor. He also served in the White House as a military protocol aide.
