• The medical clinic at COFMC offers several types of care for our new and established patients such as primary care, women's health, Take Charge program, DOT physicals, school/sports physicals, pediatrics and immunizations. We also have same day appointments available. We file all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. We also have an income based program for un-insured patients.
