Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, in the heart of Little Italy came a man with a big dream. Carmine Fazzolari wanted to pass on the family traditions of love, laughter and home style cooking from around the kitchen table to the general public. He opened the doors of Carmine's Pizza and Pasta, in Hutto and Georgetown, with the idea of passing on his Mama's Italian traditions and family recipes from the heart, that are filled with the love and care to prepare each item from scratch, just as his mama would have. Now, the Southwest Region of Houston will be able to find out what was so special in this man's heart.
