• C.A.R.L.'s Pet Care Center is owned by Canine Adoption and Rescue League, a 501(c)3 Private Non-Profit No-Kill Organization. Our mission is to provide high-quality care with kindness in a home away from home to meet the needs of Ventura County's loving pet owners, as well as generating revenue for the rescue.
