Caregivers Direct Hire is a referral agency that specializes in prescreening and referring domestic workers to work as caregivers in private homes. We offer private homes an affordable, safe way to directly hire professional caregivers (rather than via an in-home care agency). The cost of hiring caregivers to work directly for you is significantly less – often with savings of as much as 50%. All of the caregivers we recommend are reliable, trustworthy and experienced. Our caregivers are always screened to establish that they are eligible to work in the United States (possess a valid social security card), and pass a criminal background and sex-offenders check. If they drive, their driver’s license and driving record are checked, too. We charge private homes a one-time fee for referring one of our caregivers. This fee is payable after selecting a caregiver and entering into an agreement with that caregiver.
