The talent in our part of the world when syndicated with international market results in a win-win situation where the client gets services at a fraction of the cost while we get higher remuneration than the local markets. Outsourcing is ushering in an economic equilibrium, and C2C was born in 2011 to ride this wave of change. We started small and within a span of one year, we created infrastructure to support 500 persons and can be added more as required. We are today operating with the strength of more than 200 persons.
