• WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE Cameron Grant, DNP, FNP, MPH, MSN, is a skilled adult medicine specialist and nurse practitioner at California Coast Family Practice in Atascadero, California. He practices as a Nurse Practitioner under the expertise and supervision of Dr. Dustin Bernard D.O. Cameron is highly trained in his field with over two decades of healthcare experience. Cameron specializes in mental health treatment, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. He also focuses on medical weight management, illnesses, and disease prevention. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in nursing science from the University of Phoenix in Tempe, Arizona. He earned an Associate of Nursing degree at Allen Hancock College in Santa Maria, California, and became a registered nurse. He later completed his master’s degree in public health with minors in disaster management and emergency care disaster planning at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Cameron also completed a master’s degree in nursing at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, and earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practices (DNP) degree from Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. He finished his medical training with nurse practitioner internships with Patricia Schechter, DO, in Atascadero, California; Shannon M. Berry, MD, in Templeton, California; and Francisco Mendoza, MD, in Santa Maria, California.
