Whether it's as a Spouse, a Father, teammate, friend, or builder I have always hoped that I would be able to in some way improve the lives of the people I have interacted with or the places that I have been. As a young builder, I was initially drawn to remodeling work in historic neighborhoods because I enjoyed seeing the impact that we could have on a home and how happy that could make the owner. After 20 years in construction and most recently managing construction for a large custom home builder, I decided to branch out and start Caldwell Homes. As the Owner and General Contractor, I try to treat everyone the way I would like to be treated and hope that they will do the same. Outside of work, my wife Lauren and I enjoy the adventures of raising our 4 young children. From coaching baseball to painting t-shirts our life is filled with the joys of interacting with little ones and helping them navigate the stages of their life.
