Extended Congregate Care in Tallahassee: At Broadview Assisted Living we also have an ECC license which enables our community to offer additional supportive services for our Residents. This is a benefit to our Residents as their care needs increase, as we work to meet those needs and help Residents stay in their home with us. Preventing having to make another move when care needs increase is often the desire and request of Residents and families when making a decision of where to move for assisted living. The purpose of extended congregate care services in Florida is to allow residents, as they have more needs and become more dependent on services, the option of remaining in a familiar setting from which they would otherwise be disqualified for continued residency. A community licensed to provide extended congregate care services may also move in a Resident who may exceed the criteria for a community with a standard license. Move-in is determined if the Community can meet the need and service requests for the Resident. Tallahassee Respite Care for Seniors: Our Respite Care Program may provide you with just what you and your loved one need time to relax, recuperate, and rejuvenate. Broadview Assisted Living at Tallahassee offers a few days up to a month with our full range of services and amenities for our Respite Care guests. Families and caregivers can enjoy their time with the comfort of knowing that their loved one is cared for in a comfortable, yet active setting.
