About Us

  • About Us Most of us know that Social Security provides income for people who reach retirement age, but it also functions as an insurance policy for those of us who are disabled and cannot work (SSDI). The premiums are paid with the FICA withholdings from your paycheck or, if you are like me, from your self-employment tax contributions.

There is also a supplemental program for children or people with a limited work history (SSI).

If you think you, or someone you know, might qualify, call 334-290-8018 for a free consultation, or just go to the Getting Started page for some basic information. There is no obligation and, if you do want me to handle your case, there are no upfront charges and you pay no attorney fee unless you win.
