• Booe Realty, a Myrtle Beach icon, has been in business since opening its doors in 1971. One of Myrtle Beach’s first real estate companies originally started out as a real estate sales company along with just a few rentals. Booe Realty was founded by Bob and Maggie Booe. Over the years the company grew in the vacation rental market. In 1995 the company which had approximately 78 rentals was purchased by Miller Hawkins. Since 1995 Hawkins has grown the company to an inventory of over 500 vacation and annual rentals. Since 1995, the Booe Crew (as Hawkins likes to call his staff) prides itself on going that extra mile for our guests. We want to make sure that every guest has an enjoyable vacation that will create family memories for a lifetime. When a homeowner comes on board with his/her property, we treat their property as if it were our own. This philosophy has contributed to the increase in rental properties over the last decade. From the first time a guest calls us for a potential Myrtle Beach vacation until they check out on their way home, we make that guest feel special and let them know that if there is anything we can do to make their vacation better… just ask. We can’t change the weather, but there are a lot of things we can do if called upon. Our biggest form of business each year is the repeat customer. That says a lot about our company. We have guests that have been staying with us for decades. Booe Realty offers a wide selection of properties ranging from 1 bedroom condos all the way up to 9 bedroom oceanfront houses along with everything in between. Our vacation rental properties stretch from the downtown Myrtle Beach area all the way into North Myrtle Beach. These rentals are situated on the oceanfront, oceanside, as well as second and third row. We have a property that will surely fit into any budget.
