  I owned my own business here in Cartersville for over 8 years and I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for the last 8 years. I am well practiced in Investor transactions, HUD home closings, Bank Owned Foreclosures, Rehab properties, Commercial developments, and LOVE working with first time home buyers!
  
  I attempt to stay in tune to current local grant programs for those buyers that are seeking down payment assistance. I will educate myself to meet any needs a transaction may require or that may better benefit my clients.
