• I've worked in property management for over a decade, and became a corporate manager in my mid 20's 6 years ago. I built my own company because I wanted to make change for residents, and also employees. I started by building a brand with Core Values of Pro-Resident & Pro-Employee, and then I branched in areas from my brand. The feedback and gratefulness I receive from my 60+ employees on the property management side, and also the Real Estate side makes it worth it as demanding as it is at times. We can sleep when we're dead, but we can sleep in peace knowing residents and employees get more time, benefits, and valuable moments with their families.
