This approach incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and motivational enhancement techniques with Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Pschosynthesis, Reality Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Person Centered Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
