About Us Away From Home is a freestanding, community-based agency providing services to adults with cognitive, physical, and/or emotional limitations to help them enjoy life beyond diagnosis. Our professionally trained staff partners with your physicians and caregivers in a team approach to provide your loved one with a program that is uniquely tailored to his or her needs.
