Dr. Rosiello received his neurosurgical training at New York University (NYU). He also completed a fellowship in spine and skull base surgery at NYU. His practice includes many aspects of neurosurgery: brain and spinal tumors, intracranial endoscopic surgery, and cervical spine surgery. He is an expert at CT and MRI guided surgery of the brain and spine, as well as minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of conditions affecting the brain and spine. These techniques allow for the safer diagnosis and treatment of lesions that might be thought of as inoperable.
