Andre earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2004. With academic scholarships, he received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nevada at Reno, where he also graduated with honors. Andre has practiced in both state and federal court, and is admitted to the Montana State Bar and U.S. District Court, District of Montana. Andre is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and Western Montana Bar Association.
