Our Home Inspections are performed by ASHI certified, licensed and insured Home Inspectors and we inspect over 400 items in various categories around the home including; Exterior Home components, Electrical Systems, Roof, Foundation-Interior & Exterior, Heating &/or Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Attic, Basements or Crawl Space, and Room by Room Review. Inspection findings are emailed or printed, with pictures and packaged in a easy-to-reference, three-ring binder. It is a comprehensive evaluation of the home and includes a Home Maintenance Manual, a Seasonal Maintenance Checklist, and a variety of home-related services from our ServiceMaster® partner companies.
