About Us

Founded in 1987 by Teresa Hale, Physical Therapist, Allied Rehab (PT, OT, ST) is the only out-patient full rehab provider in the Wake Forest area. We provide Driving Evaluations, Vertigo therapy, and a full range of treamtnets for many neuromuscular or othopedic challenges to patients of all ages. Our billing department is located in-house and can help you by billing insurance companies for your care. One on one therapy is a hallmark of Allied Rehab's high care standards as we employ only licensed therapists and no techs or aides to do any treatment.
