• At our office we treat, allergies, asthma, immunology, respiratory, sinuses wheezing, sneezing, coughing, emphysema, COPD, lupus, allergic diseases, Eczema rashes, bronchitis and hay fever. Dr. Horner is board certified and trained in adult and pediatric allergy asthma and immunology. Payment plans available. Our office is located in Jefferson City, MO.
