• Plattsburgh Animal Hospital has been in existence during four generations of the Brown family starting back in 1936 and throughout the years they have shared the common ideology of providing convenience for clients and quality of care for your pets. When a pet receives proper veterinary care they have a much better chance of living a long and happy life. We strongly believe in partnering with you in the care of your pet.In February of 2014, it was decided that we wanted to extend our services to a larger geographic area. To help achieve that goal, Plattsburgh Animal Hospital acquired the Peru Veterinary Hospital in Peru, NY as well as the Westport Veterinary Hospital and Adirondack Veterinary Hospital in Westport, NY. Since then we have brought great synergy between the locations and now are able to offer access to a wide variety of services to a much larger geographic area.Our animal hospital network has strived throughout the years to remain on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine. We understand the importance of having access to pet care if and when the need arises. We want our clients to know we are here when you need us! We offer intensive care and critical care services, wellness exams, a full-service lab and radiology department, including digital x-ray and ultrasound. Our doctors have performed more than 8000 spay/neuter procedures. We are proud to offer 7 day service including scheduled appointments 7 days a week at our 561 Rt. 3 location in Plattsburgh, NY.
