About John DeRosa I Worked for a previous pest control firm for 18 years before establishing one of my own in 1990. Over 22 years as an independent owner-operated company with a combined total of over 40 years experience in the pest control industry providing prompt, professional service. . Started the business in Upper Darby, PA and moved to Broomall, PA in 1997. Many of my satisfied residential and commercial customers have been and still with me throughout the years. I'm a class of '72 graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia. When I graduated, I began working for an established pest control firm. They encouraged me to take courses at Penn State. They paid my way and I spent 2 years at Penn State University's main campus taking courses from 1973 to 1975. Afterwards, I've continued working for the firm for the next 15 years. Then in 1990, I decided to give it a try and go on my own. I haven't regretted it and enjoy being a self-employed, owner-operator of a small pest control firm. Being on my own enables me to provide personalized service to my customers.
