• Accountable Custodial and Maintenance, Inc. is a fully licensed and bonded company that provides complete Construction Cleaning, final cleaning as well as office janitorial services to commercial clients throughout the greater Seattle area. We have over 20 years of janitorial experience in serving government buildings, apartment complexes, construction sites, and our specialty, private & public schoolsWe work by contract; services are available daily, twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Included with a janitorial contract is window cleaning by employees certified in aerial- and boom-lift.
