When the 521 opened nearly 3 years ago, it was our goal was to serve the best ingredients- local whenever possible, fresh whenever available, prepared in the best ways possible. We created a place where you can sample foods from different places all in one spot! We offer healthful, made-from-scratch food prepared in the most flavorful ways. Our flavor forward menu- which changes frequently, is a mixture of Chicago Style Italian and Comfort Food from the Heartland. Although we do a fantastic job with Chicago Style Thin Crust Pizza, homemade Italian Beef and Sausage sandwiches and a variety of Fresh Ground Burgers, we also veer off the typical path with our Hardwood Smoked BBQ Specials, such as Smoked Wings, Memphis Style Ribs, Texas Brisket and Prime Rib on the weekends.
