Edward ("Ted") L. Perkins has been practicing as transactional attorney for over forty years. During that period he has represented both buy and sell clients in nearly every form of merger and acquisition transaction. He is also a Certified Public Accountant having received his initial professional experience in the tax department of KPMG, the international accounting firm. Ted is also a member of the faculty of the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova Law School. In that program, he developed and taught “Comparative Entity Choices”, a course which compared the relative pros and cons of the various forms of operating a business.

Ted is also a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and other professional organizations. Ted is the founder and president of YourOnlineProfessor.net, a Web-based provider of CPE credit for CPAs, and CLE for attorneys. Martin J. Pezzner, BS, JD, CPA

Marty Pezzner has been a practicing business attorney for over twenty-nine years.  After graduating Wilkes College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia, PA as a Tax Revenue Agent (Field Agent) for five years. He also worked for one year in the Philadelphia IRS Appeals Office.  While employed by the IRS, he became a CPA (1985) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Pezzner received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989.

Mr. Pezzner is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Well-versed in all aspects of law, he is especially knowledgeable in the realms of Business Matters, and Tax Controversies.

He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar. He also maintains his CPA license.

Hey, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He also represented clients in the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented low-income taxpayers in controversies with the IRS, both before the IRS and in federal court.  Stephen graduated from Fairfield University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
